Esra Akbey Süngü

Esra Akbey Süngü is a professional with a strong background in customer success, strategy, and communication design management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at MindBehind since March 2023, Esra excels in UX and AI design. Previous experience includes working as a Strategy Executive at OPN from April 2021 to July 2022, focusing on benchmarking, social listening, consumer insights, and strategic research for brands such as SuperFresh and Ülker. Prior to that, Esra held the position of Strategist at Cosmos, contributing to user interviews and competitive processes for various notable brands. Esra's early career includes an internship at FOX TV, where observation of production processes was a key responsibility. Esra holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Design Management from Istanbul Bilgi University and an Associate's degree in Radio and Television Technology from Istanbul University.
