Ashlie P.

Ashlie P. has been working in the health and wellness field since 2006. Ashlie began their career as a Medical Receptionist at Howard Medical Clinic and then moved on to become an Exercise Physiologist at LifeStart Wellness Network in 2009. In 2010, they became a Manager at Crossgates Family Fitness. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Health and Wellness Coach for Ideal Protein at Slidell Memorial Hospital. From 2017 to 2021, they held the same role at Ochsner Health System and also served as a Clinic Lead at the Comprehensive Weight Loss Clinic. In 2019, they started their own business, 1111 Life Coaching, LLC, as a Personal Coach. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Mindbloom as a Psychedelic Guide / Integration Coach, helping people achieve personal and clinical breakthroughs with at-home, clinician-prescribed psychedelic therapies.

Ashlie P. has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Health and Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler (2003-2006), General Studies from Louisiana State University (2001-2003), and General Studies from Nunez Community College (2000-2002). Ashlie is currently enrolled at the Institute for Coaching Mastery (ICF/Association of Coaches) and the Astrology Mystery School Level 1 & 2. Ashlie is also set to receive a Master Certification from the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality in 2022. Additionally, Ashlie P. holds certifications in Coaching Mastery, Level III Usui Reiki Master, Certified Life Coach, Usui Reiki Master Level 2, USUI Reiki Master Level 1, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, Human Design Specialist (Level 1), and Mindfulness Certification.
