Marina Kirik

Marina Kirik has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Project Analyst Intern at 004 Technologies USA in 2012. Marina then worked as an HR Intern at Eaton Corporation in 2014 and a Graduate Adviser at UIUC Business Career Services in 2013. In 2018, they began working as a Project Manager, Business Systems at WeWork, and in 2019 they were promoted to Manager, People Systems. In 2020, Marina became a Wellness Coach at Sukhi, and in 2021 they were hired as an Integration Guide at Mindbloom and HR & Corporate Culture Manager at Disa.im. Marina also works as a Holistic Wellness & Mindset Coach at Sum of all Positive, LLC, where they coach clients through 1:1 & group programs, hosts virtual corporate wellness workshops and retreats, and leads team wellness challenges focusing on stress management, meditation, nervous system regulation and emotional health, optimizing sleep, and overcoming impostor syndrome.

Marina Kirik has a diverse educational background. Marina obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Cornell University ILR School and completed the Human Capital Management Program eCornell. From 2009 to 2013, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with minors in Business and Environmental Science. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained a Certified Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, Marina has also obtained various certifications, such as a Date With Destiny Seminar from Robbins Research International in 2019, a Curriculum for Living - Forum, Advanced Course, and Self Expression & Leadership Programs from Landmark in 2019, a Life & Wealth Mastery Seminar from Robbins Research International in 2019, an Unleash the Power Within from Robbins Research International in 2018, a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2018, a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from YogaWorks, Inc. in 2018, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2017.
