Gillian has a passion for solving customer problems and driving transformational change. Gillian joined MindBridge in 2018 and spent her initial years helping clients adopt and scale AI within their firms. Leveraging her first-hand customer experience, Gillian joined the product leadership team in 2021 as the Executive Director of the Product Engagement Lab, a virtual lab dedicated to engaging with customers to test new and existing ideas that solve market problems. Prior to MindBridge, Gillian worked for IBM where she gained global consulting experience executing large-scale transformation programs.
