Erin Cardona

Erin Cardona is currently the Lead Designer at MindEcology. Erin has over 10 years of experience in the creative field, working with various brands and businesses to create visually stunning and impactful designs. Prior to their current position, Erin was the Associate Creative Director at Stinghouse Creative, Idea Tree Studios, and KOI / IXS. In their previous role as the Director of Clinical Student Affairs & Associate Executive Chief Proctor Officer for N.B.M.E. Exams at Miami Beach Community Health Center, Erin was responsible for managing a team of clinical coordinators, acquiring and developing a network of teaching faculty, and creating and managing schedules and materials for over 90 medical students. Erin is a highly creative and experienced individual with a passion for making a difference through their design work.
