Domingo Guillamón Cárceles

Domingo Guillamón Cárceles has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Domingo began as a Técnico especialista en selección de personal y contratación at Adecco España from September 2012 to May 2017, where they handled client management, recruitment, selection and evaluation of candidates, job analysis, and administration of personnel.

Domingo then worked as the Director de oficina/RRHH at EULEN Flexiplán from May 2017 to February 2019, where they were responsible for the HR division, including temporary work, training, and selection, in the Murcia and Cartagena regions. Domingo focused on market research, setting business objectives, and conducting commercial activities.

From February 2019 to November 2021, Domingo served as a Técnico generalista de RRHH at INSIDE Shops. Finally, starting from December 2021, they joined Minderest as the Head of People.

Domingo Guillamón Cárceles began their education in 2004 at the Universidad de Murcia, where they pursued a Licenciatura en Ciencias del Trabajo. During this period, they focused on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Domingo completed their studies in 2009.

Following that, Domingo enrolled at the UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in 2009, where they pursued a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas. Their studies in this program, which focused on Business Administration and Management, concluded in 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Domingo obtained the TITULO OFICIAL DE INGLES NIVEL B2 from the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Murcia in September 2021. Domingo also acquired the certification in GESTIÓN DE NÓMINAS Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL from the SEF Servicio Regional de Empleo y Formación in August 2021.
