Danielle Butters

Danielle Butters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, partnerships, and community engagement across various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor in First Nations Employment and Partnerships Manager at Minderoo Foundation since October 2022, Danielle leads initiatives that strengthen community resilience through strategic collaborations. Prior experience at the Insurance Council of Australia spanned roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, focusing on consumer-related projects and industry-wide training programs. Danielle also managed employee retention and experience programs at Lendi, owned and managed a traffic services business with a focus on compliance and growth, and worked as a photojournalist at News Corp Australia. Educated at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Danielle's expertise encompasses a wide range of organizational development and community support initiatives.
