Sandy McArthur

Sandy McArthur currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Mindex since July 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Sandy previously worked at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics for nearly two decades in various roles, including Senior Director of Global People & Culture and Senior Director of Worldwide HR Operations, where responsibilities included leading the HR team for the company's stand-up and overseeing global HR operations, compliance, and reporting. Earlier roles at Ortho included HR Director and Senior Director of Global HR Projects, Compliance & Analytics, focusing on strategic HR initiatives in research and development as well as leading transition efforts during the company's divestiture from Johnson & Johnson. Sandy's career began at Global Crossing as HR Director. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Geneseo and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University at Buffalo.
