Jason Koss currently serves as the Head of Growth at Mindful, focusing on the development of paid acquisition channels to foster predictable and profitable growth for innovative companies. Prior experience includes roles in Strategy & Operations at PiñataFarms, where Jason contributed to a consumer product leveraging AI for content creation, and at WeBuyGold, which produced animated shows featuring renowned pop culture talent. Jason also has a background in Digital Strategy from a brief tenure at Universal Music Group, the largest music label globally. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
