Tim Lee

Tim Lee currently serves as Chair and CEO of Mindful Chef, a company dedicated to simplifying healthy eating through home-delivered recipe boxes. In addition, Tim holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at Pip & Nut, an advisory role at All Together, and membership on the advisory panel for IntoUniversity, contributing to initiatives supporting underprivileged youth. Tim is also the Founder and Vice President of Saraleetrust, which provides complementary therapies to individuals affected by cancer. Previous experience includes key roles at Marks and Spencer and Tesco, focusing on food strategy, marketing, and sourcing, with a proven track record of enhancing business performance and operational efficiency. Tim holds a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Marine Sciences from the University of Plymouth.
