Irina Arsene

Irina Arsene has a diverse and extensive work experience. Irina is the Founder & President, Chair of the Board at mindit.io, a Romanian company focused on custom software engineering and providing a sustainable intrapreneurial environment. Prior to this, they were the CEO & Founder of Mindit Consulting, the first Romanian company specializing in employment screening. Irina also took a sabbatical in 2012 and has held various positions at Computaris, including Director, Business Unit Director, General Manager, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Chief Key Accounts Officer, and Head of Development / Key Account Manager. Irina started their career as a Telecom Consultant at Computaris and worked as a Programmer at Unidec.

Irina Arsene has a diverse education history that spans over several years. In 1998, they attended the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science in 2003. Afterwards, in 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at ROCA Executive MBA @ BBS-ASE (Romanian-Canadian), specializing in an unspecified field of study.

In 2011, Irina Arsene obtained a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD), focusing on management. Irina proceeded to attend Erudio in 2019 for a course on Creative Leadership.

More recently, Irina Arsene enrolled at Harvard Business School. In 2020, they completed a program called Launching New Ventures (LNV). From 2021 to 2023, they are currently pursuing Executive Education at Harvard Business School in the Owner/President Management Program (OPM 59).
