Nicole M Corea is a highly experienced dance professional with a diverse background in performance and education. Currently serving as a Guest Teacher at the Victorian College of the Arts within the University of Melbourne, Nicole conducts classes and lectures focused on contemporary dance and dance composition. As a Professional Dancer at the Metropolitan Opera since 2004, Nicole has performed in multiple renowned productions. Nicole's tenure with the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company began in 2010, where roles include Dancer, Rehearsal Assistant, and Teaching Artist, contributing to national and international tours. Additionally, as a Teaching Artist with MindLeaps and The Jikei University, Nicole aids in developing dance curricula and teaching a variety of levels from pre-professional dancers to university students. Nicole’s recent work also includes choreographic contributions to Ballet Hispánico and participation in guest teaching roles at prestigious institutions. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from The Juilliard School.
