Geoff Love

Geoff Love is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in driving business growth and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as an Investor and Advisor at Mindora since January 2021, Geoff focuses on delivering wellness programs through AI. Previously, as Executive Chairman at Business Systems from December 2020 to February 2024, Geoff led the company to prominence in Monitoring & Compliance and Workforce Engagement Management. As CEO of Commify from July 2010 to November 2019, Geoff significantly increased turnover from £3m to €90m, establishing the company as a top B2B communications provider in Europe. Earlier roles include Customer Marketing Director at HomeServe, where revenue grew tenfold, and Senior Marketing Manager at Alliance & Leicester, among others. Geoff holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield and an Associate (ACIB) qualification from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, ranking 9th nationally.
