Fernando Sepulveda

Fernando Sepulveda's work experience includes founding and being the CEO of EMTECH: Emerging Technologies Institute since 2018. In 2019, they co-founded Mindscale.ai. Fernando also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Salesforce since 2021. Prior to these roles, Fernando founded TrepCamp in 2013 and Impulsa Business Accelerator in 2005. Fernando is the Chairman of AEM US-Mexico Business Association since 2019 and founded Filantrofilia: Construyendo la Nueva Filantropía A.C. in 2007.

Fernando also served as a Board Member of the National Business Incubation Association from January 2011 to May 2015. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from September 1998 to December 2005.

Fernando Sepulveda has a solid education history, with degrees from prestigious institutions. In 1991, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. After that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended Harvard Kennedy School and earned a Master of Public Policy degree, focusing on Business and Government. In 2020, they pursued further education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing a program called Scale-up Excellence, which centered on Business Growth.
