Alila Phomtalikhith

Alila Phomtalikhith has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Alila started their career as a Lifeguard at Holiday Inn in 2016 and worked there until 2017. In 2016, they also took up the role of Lab Coordinator at the Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence (MCAE) at the University of Minnesota. In this role, they were responsible for greeting student users, assisting them in the registration for the printing program, and helping them with computer and printer related queries. Alila Phomtalikhith then transitioned to working as a Server Assistant at Aparium Hotel Group from 2017 to 2020. Following this, they joined Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare as a Quality Intern from 2019 to 2019. After that, they worked as a Quality Analyst at Cambia Hills of East Bethel from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Project Coordinator at Mindset Consulting, LLC, starting from September 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Alila Phomtalikhith studied at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
