Dillan DiNardo

Dillan DiNardo is currently the CEO at Mindstate Design Labs. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager at UPMC Enterprises from October 2016 to May 2021, executing and/or managing over 50 biopharma, medical device, and healthtech investments. From July 2014 to October 2016, DiNardo worked as the Manager of Transaction Advisory Services at BDO Consulting. There, they advised on leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, corporate divestitures, restructurings, and fundraising for companies ranging from startups to corporations with revenues exceeding $10 billion. DiNardo has also held positions as an Economic Development Fellow at Idea Foundry, Inc. and a Senior Associate at Deloitte. Dillan began their career as an Assurance Associate at PwC in January 2011.

Dillan DiNardo dropped out of Y Combinator to pursue an MBA at Robert Morris University. Dillan graduated with a dual major in Finance and Accounting and is certified by the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
