Oana Demian

Oana Demian has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Digital Marketing Intern role at Groupe Renault in 2009. Oana then moved on to a Web Designer role at Iulius Company in 2011. From 2013 to 2017, they held Product Designer roles at various companies, including Hubstairs and Climb. In 2018, they were a Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. From 2016 to 2019, they were President & Co-Founder of Romanian IT. Since 2019, they have been a Lead Product Designer at Groupe Crédit Agricole for their largest digital transformation program. Most recently, in 2022, they began a Senior Product Designer role at both Mindstone and Coinhouse.

Oana Demian graduated from BABEȘ-BOLYAI” University – faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences in 2008 with a degree in Communication, political studies and public relations.
