Ritika Raj is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Mindtickle since October 2024, Ritika previously held roles at Ivanti as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter, and at Morgan Stanley as a Direct Recruiter. Earlier experience includes a Channel Specialist position at Google and a Talent Acquisition Executive role at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions. Ritika began the career as a Human Resource Executive at Connect Plus Pvt. Ltd and completed an internship at The Bhubaneswar Stock Exchange. Ritika holds a PGDM in Finance from AIMA and a degree from the University of Calcutta.
