Kadi Oja

Kadi Oja is an experienced professional with a robust background in both event management and legal practice. Currently serving as the Head of Flagship Events at Mindvalley since April 2013, Kadi has also held various senior roles within the company, including Head of Community & Events and Director of Events & Legal Advisor. In addition to the role at Mindvalley, Kadi co-founded KOHIN in August 2020. Previous legal experience includes positions as a Lawyer at Sevenoil Est OÜ and Mark Oil OÜ, as well as a Legal Intern at Bracewell Law. Kadi's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law and Bachelor's degrees in Law and Sociology from the University of Tartu.
