Biljana Zelenovic

Biljana Zelenovic has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Biljana started their career in 1998 as a Media Monitor at Cision and worked there until 2003. Biljana then joined the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade as a Remedy/TechServe Administrator and HTML Converter for a year. Following that, Biljana worked at The Conference Publishers as a Senior Project Manager from 2004 to 2010, where they managed various projects and coordinated translation projects.

In 2010, Biljana became the Owner/Project Manager at Pragmatico.ca, a role they held until 2018. During this time, they were responsible for managing projects and running the company. In 2012, they joined the Canada Revenue Agency as an Assessment Processing Clerk for a year.
