Ben Holloway

Ben Holloway is an accomplished professional in the mining and resources sector, currently serving as the General Manager Projects and Technology - Lithium at Mineral Resources Limited since March 2022. Holloway has extensive experience in various managerial roles, having previously worked as the General Manager Strategic Planning and Development (acting) and Project Development Manager. Prior to joining Mineral Resources Limited, Holloway held several significant positions at South32 from January 2015 to March 2022, including Production Manager Furnaces and Processing Technical Superintendent. Additional experience includes roles as Metallurgy Superintendent at Karara Mining Ltd and Straits Resources Limited, as well as a Metallurgy Superintendent position at BHP from 2006 to 2010. Holloway holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Minerals Process Engineering from The University of Queensland and a Year 12 certificate from Mountain Creek State High School.
