Rob Veness

Rob Veness is an accomplished operations and process improvement manager with extensive experience in the mining and mineral processing industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Mineral Resources Limited since November 2014, Rob has also held various managerial roles including Process Improvement Manager and Business Improvement Manager/Principal Metallurgist at the same company. Prior to this, Rob worked at Crushing Services International from February 2011 to November 2014 as Principal Metallurgist and Processing Manager. Rob began a career in metallurgical processing at Crescent Gold, where Rob held the positions of Processing Superintendent and Plant Metallurgist from March 2007 to February 2011, and earlier at Perseverance Corporation as Plant Metallurgist from 2004 to March 2007. Rob Veness holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Newcastle.
