Nick Rand

Nick Rand possesses extensive experience in sales engineering and client implementation, currently serving as Senior Director at MineralTree, Inc. since August 2016, advancing through various roles including Director and Principal Sales Engineer. Prior to MineralTree, Nick held a position in the US Air Force Reserve as a Client Systems Administrator from December 2010 to March 2020. Nick's experience also includes a role as Regional Manager of Implementation at Paycom from September 2014 to August 2016, where technical guidance and solutions were provided to meet client needs. As a Client Consultant at Federated Investors, Nick successfully managed account conversions and contributed to business development efforts. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science (Culinary Arts) from Massasoit Community College.
