Lead Technical Support Engineer at Minerva Project

John Vaughan has five years of work experience in the Information Technology field. In 2016, they began as an ICT Engineering Trainee at PZ Wilmar, where they provided reliable onsite, desktop and network support to upstream staffs. In 2019, they joined ESET Nigeria as a Technical Support Engineer, where they installed, deployed, configured and troubleshot ESET security products. In 2020, they moved to Tek Experts as a M365 Technical Support Engineer L2, where they acted as the primary technical contact and provided engineering support for Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. In 2021, they were promoted to Lead Technical Support Engineer at Minerva Project. Most recently, in 2022, they joined 365 Technologies Inc. as a Helpdesk/Systems Administrator, where they are responsible for responding to queries, offering technical assistance, administering data and network security, managing and configuring VOIP systems, and creating user accounts.

John Vaughan's education history includes a Bachelor's of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta from 2013 to 2018, a Foundation degree in Physical Sciences from the same university from 2012 to 2013, and a High School Diploma in Physical Sciences from Stars International College from 2005 to 2011. John also holds additional certifications from Microsoft, Coursera, Amazon Web Services (AWS), CertiProf, and other institutions.
