Julie Bomholt has a diverse work experience in various industries. Julie currently holds the position of Senior Director, CMC at Minervax ApS since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Tech-Transfer Scientist and Process Lead at Bavarian Nordic from August 2020 to April 2023. Julie also served as an Appointed External Examiner at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science from January 2018 to March 2023.

Julie's previous experience includes roles at Aquaporin A/S, where they were a Biotechnology Lead from October 2017 to July 2020, Head of Protein Processing from September 2015 to September 2017, Protein Specialist from October 2014 to August 2015, and an Industrial Ph.D. researcher from October 2010 to October 2014.

Additionally, Julie worked as the Head of Downstream Processing and Quality Control at Golgi Aps from September 2016 to September 2017. From 2007 to 2015, they were a Fitness Group Trainer and Yoga Instructor at Fitness World. Julie also pursued academic studies, working as a Ph.D. student at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from October 2010 to October 2014 and as an M.Sc. student at Chr. Hansen A/S from September 2007 to August 2009.

Julie holds an M.Sc. in Nanoscience from the University of Copenhagen, where they also worked as a Fitness Instructor and Group Trainer from 2007 to 2009, at Sports Club, AOF & Nationalbanken.

Julie Bomholt has a diverse education history. Julie began their education at Gl. Hellerup Gymnasium, where they obtained a Matematisk student degree from 1999 to 2002. Julie then pursued their interest in Nano Science, completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2002 to 2009. In 2008, they also received a yoga teaching certification from Clubmix Education to further develop their skills in Yoga. Continuing their academic journey, Julie pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biotechnology at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they gained valuable knowledge in project and innovation management from Copenhagen Business School in 2007 and became a certified group trainer in fitness from the Scandinavian Aerobic Academy in the same year.
