Federica Lamera has a diverse work experience across a variety of industries. Federica began their career in 2012 as a Hostess for ATP Tour, Inc., where they were responsible for organizing a world-renowned tennis tournament and ensuring a high-end professional standard. In 2015, they joined Lab_i_r_int as a Designer, contributing to a book published on the revaluation of the area of North Milan. Later that year, they became the Creative Director of Global Young Voices, where they were in charge of the design, social media, and marketing teams and managed the website. In 2016, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Politecnico di Milano. In 2017, they held two roles: Marketing Communication Assistant at ICCS Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and Brand and Marketing Executive at Environmental Solutions (Asia) Pte Ltd. In 2018, they worked as a Service Designer at LOPELAB. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Service Design & UX Consultant at EY, leading and facilitating user research studies, organizing and leading design thinking workshops, and generating findings reports with actionable recommendations. Currently, they are a Senior Business Design at MING Labs.
Federica Lamera completed their M.Sc. in Product Service System Design, 110/110 cum laude, from Politecnico di Milano in 2017. Federica received their B.Sc. in Interior Design from the same university in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Scientifico from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained their IELTS certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment in July 2015 and their FCE certification from the same institution in March 2009.
