Julia Leuchtgens

Julia Leuchtgens has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Receptionist at Upperbloem Guesthouse in 2011. Julia then worked as a Tour Guide and Translator on Overland Tours for Nomad Africa Adventure Tours in the same year. In 2013, they became an Administrative Assistant at Rialto Management Corporation. In 2014, they were a Business Development at Home24 AG. In 2016, they were a Key Account Manager at Arvato SCM Solutions. In 2017, they worked in Market Management - Design of Customer Processes at Allianz. The following year, they worked in Group Market Management and Distribution - Broker Business at Allianz. In 2020, they have been a Business Designer, Junior Business Designer, and Business Design at MING Labs.

Julia Leuchtgens' education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from IE Business School from 2012 to 2016, an exchange semester at Cornell University in Applied Economics and Management in 2015, and an exchange semester at Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2015. Julia also earned an Abitur (Qualification for university entrance) from Collegium Augustinianum Gaesdonck from 2002 to 2011. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2019 to 2021, as well as a Master's degree in Strategy and International Management from the University of St.Gallen from 2018 to 2022.
