Ming Tsai began their career in 1998 as the Chef/Owner of Blue Ginger. Ming then served as the CEO of Ming East-West, LLC from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they became the Executive Producer/Host of Ming East-West. In 2013, they became the Chef/Owner of Blue Dragon. In 2019, they became the Chef/Partner of BaBa at the Yellowstone Club and the Founder/President of MingsBings.com.
Ming Tsai attended Phillips Academy Andover from 1979 to 1982 and then Yale University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Ming then attended Cornell University from 1987 to 1989, where they earned an MPS in Hospitality Marketing and a Masters in Hospitality with a focus in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
