Peter Guintsiak

Peter Guintsiak has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Peter started their career at PJSC "RPA "KIYV AUTOMATICS PLANT"" as a Mechanical Engineer - Technologist, where they were responsible for writing full manufacturing processes for high-precision instruments and gyroscope technical equipment. Peter then moved on to One Project Jobs, where they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer, providing design drawings and production planning for various companies.

After that, Peter joined Hyundai Rotem and ZF Group as a Technician, gaining hands-on experience in technical roles. Peter then transitioned to Manara Systems, a military-oriented company, where they worked as a Mechanical Design & Processing Engineer. In this role, they provided manufacturing adapted mechanical designs, drawings, and BOMs according to client requirements. Peter also provided engineering support to the manufacturing site and developed new technological processes.

Peter's next role was at G.D. Projects, a military-oriented company specializing in lifting and transportation solutions. As a Mechanical Engineer, they were responsible for creating accurate assemblies models and drawings using SolidWorks CAD environment, ultimately providing detailed and accurate drawings ready for serial production.

Peter then joined Lumenis, a medical device company, as a Mechanical Engineer. Peter provided mechanical engineering support to a project leader, specifically focusing on achieving FDA UDI direct marking requirements for medical devices. Peter analyzed a wide range of devices and their parts to select the appropriate method and technology for project accomplishment.

Currently, Peter is working at Mini-Circuits as a Mechanical Engineer. Peter is involved in the development and implementation of new manufacturing procedures, continuous improvement of existing procedures and production workflow, deep problem analysis, staff training, and the development of mechanical tests for qualification of new procedures and components.

Overall, Peter Guintsiak has developed a strong background in mechanical engineering, particularly in the areas of manufacturing processes, design, and project support.

Peter Guintsiak obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from Uzhhorod National University, Ukraine, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Peter then pursued further education at the same university, earning a Master's degree in Mechanical Design & Processing Engineering from 2009 to 2010. In October 2021, they obtained the certification of "Verified International Academic Qualifications" from the World Education Services.
