Michael Hardcastle

Michael Hardcastle is an experienced production leader with a diverse background in manufacturing and operations. Currently serving as a Production Leader at Miniature Precision Components since September 2017, Michael has previously held roles such as Forklift Operator at Silgan Containers and Production Supervisor at IAC Group, where supervision encompassed both plants in Belvidere, IL, alongside obtaining ISO 14001 certification as an internal auditor. Additional experience includes positions as a Materials Handler at 3M, Operations Lead at Exel, and Production Supervisor at Johnson Controls, where leadership was demonstrated overseeing a line for Chrysler rear seat production. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and has a foundational education from Kishwaukee College and Rochelle Township High School.
