Nadya Nathan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nadya is currently working as a Finance Process Writer at Miniclip, where they document finance business processes and identifies opportunities for process improvement. Prior to that, they worked at Finastra as a Change Manager, responsible for managing change in the Finance workstream of a large-scale Transformation Programme. Nadya developed change and training strategies, plans, and delivered communications and training.

Before joining Finastra, Nadya worked at Vue Solutions as a Project Manager, Training Consultant, and Trainer. Nadya worked with multinational corporations in different sectors, providing IT training through various mediums and devices. At Novartis, they worked as an IT Trainer and Training Consultant on a contract basis. Nadya also had roles as a Moodle/Totara Systems Administrator at Kineo and as a Veeva CRM Trainer/Training Consultant at Novartis.

Earlier in their career, Nadya was recognized as the IT Trainer of the Year 2011 at The Learning and Performance Institute. Nadya also worked as a Training Project Lead at Happy ltd and as a Training Consultant on a contract basis at Pfizer.

Nadya Nathan's education history includes various certifications and degrees in change management, project management, and workforce development and training. In 2022, they obtained the APMG Agile Change Agent Certification and the APMG Change Management Foundation Certification from APMG International. In 2019, they earned the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation Certificate from EXIN and the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Certificates in Project Management from PeopleCert / Axelos. In 2008, they completed the Certificate in Learner Focused Training from the Institute of IT Training (IITT). Prior to that, they pursued a BA (Hons) in Anthropology & Communication Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London from 2003 to 2006 and a BEng (Hons) in Computing from City, University of London in 2001-2002.
