Pavel Hradecky

Pavel Hradecky is an experienced professional in education and management, currently serving as the Coordinator of the National Recovery Plan at the Ministry of Education in Prague since January 2022. With a long-standing role as a Tour Guide at Ave Travel & Hotels since 2006, Pavel also lectures and conducts research at the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague, where responsibilities include teaching logistics, economics, management courses, and serving as the department treasurer. Previous positions include Head of the EU Funds and Programmes Unit at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic (2017-2022), Methodist Audit Authority at the Ministry of Finance (2015-2017), and Head of Unit for strategic projects in education at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (2009-2015). Pavel earned a PhD in Economics and Management of Chemical and Food Industry and a Master's in Chemical Engineering from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague.
