Gitit Pinkas

Gitit Pinkas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gitit started their career as a Public Relations Specialist at Donitza PR, where they provided media relations services to clients from various industries. Gitit then worked as an Economic Correspondent and Editor at TheMarker/Haaretz, where they covered Israeli companies on Wall Street. Gitit later joined Globes, first as a Capital Market Correspondent, analyzing financial statements of Israeli companies traded on Wall Street and conducting interviews with industry figures. Gitit then became the Editor and Head of Content for the High-Tech and Internet section at Globes, managing a team of reporters and covering topics such as high-tech, venture capital, Internet, and cleantech. Gitit also served as the Chief Editor of "This Evening," a daily magazine of Globes, where they managed a team of reporters and editors and oversaw various newspaper departments. In their most recent role, they worked as the Head of Communications, Spokesperson, and member of the management team at the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

Gitit Pinkas has a diverse education history. They obtained a Master's degree in Management and Policy of Natural Resources and The Environment from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Political Communication from Tel Aviv University, graduating cum laude, from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Gitit Pinkas holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, with a double major track.

In terms of additional certifications, Gitit Pinkas obtained the ESG Corporate Responsibility Managers certification from Maala in August 2021 and the CSR & Sustainability in the Business Sector (ESG) certification from the College of Law and Business המרכז האקדמי למשפט ולעסקים in June 2021.
