Sinnika Arnoldus

Sinnika Arnoldus has extensive work experience in various roles related to financial management, control, and international affairs. Currently, they serve as the Head of Financial Management at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken. Prior to that, they held the position of Head Control Unit & Management Support for Sustainable Economic Development at the same organization. Sinnika also worked as a Team Manager Communication, Subsidies, and Public Administration at de BUCH. Other notable roles include Programme Manager at Oxford Policy Management and Lecturer/Researcher at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. Sinnika also has experience in international affairs as an Advisor at Gemeente Maastricht and in various capacities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands, including Consul, Head of Operational Management, and Policy Advisor. Sinnika started their career with an Internal Development Program at the same ministry.

Sinnika Arnoldus has a diverse education history. In 1984-1990, they attended Gymnasium Juventaat Heilig Hart. In 1990-1991, they studied Chinese Studies at Leiden University. Sinnika then pursued a Bachelor of Hotel Administration in Marketing and Finance at Hotelschool The Hague from 1991-1996. Later, in 2011-2014, they obtained an International Executive MBA in International Business from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. In 2015-2016, Sinnika Arnoldus completed a Post Bachelor Teachers Course in Educational/Instructional Technology at Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they have certifications from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education, including the "IFC Senior Training on Public-Private Partnership and Project Finance" in 2023 and "Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation."
