Motasim Ibrahim

Motasim Ibrahim is an experienced IT Engineer currently employed at the Ministry of Finance, UAE, since February 2019. Initially hired by Wipro Limited from January 2019 to December 2021 and subsequently by Bahwan CyberTek from January 2022, Motasim specializes in configuring PCs, installing peripherals, and providing support for Windows 10 and Apple MAC OSX. Prior to this role, Motasim worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Smartworld, contributing to the ADDA project, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and managing service requests. Experience also includes positions as an IT Support Engineer at GTS Information System and a Freelance Support Engineer, alongside technical support at Gizmo Company. Motasim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Khartoum, completed in 2011.
