Nicole Tuie

Nicole Tuie is an experienced professional in strategic planning, development, and partnership management, currently serving as an Associate in Strategic Planning & Development at the Ministry of Finance (Singapore) since August 2022. In this role, Nicole has successfully developed frameworks for measuring Whole-Of-Government procurement maturity and has led strategic planning initiatives to enhance procurement functions across agencies. Prior experience includes multiple roles at the National Gallery Singapore, where Nicole managed strategic development, performance reviews, enterprise risk management, and partnership development, achieving significant fundraising milestones. Nicole's earlier roles include managing partnerships at Art Stage Singapore and serving as a Gallery Coordinator at One East Asia.
