Signe Millere

Signe Millere is a Business and Investment Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Embassy of Estonia in Riga, since April 2020, specializing in Estonian export strategy, B2B sales, and maintaining client relationships, achieving significant deal milestones in 2020 and 2021. Additionally, Signe serves as an Aromatherapist at Herbarium of Soul, focusing on employee well-being and mental health. Previously, Signe held the role of Business Development Manager at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, where responsibilities included business consulting and customer training. Signe's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Engineering Economics and Project Management from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, alongside two Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Telecommunications from Riga Stradins University and Riga Technical University, respectively.
