Nairi Petrossian currently serves as the Permanent Representative to the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, having held various significant positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia since 1997. Nairi's extensive experience includes roles such as Minister Plenipotentiary and Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva, and Head of the Administration of the President of Armenia. Previous positions include serving as Spokesperson for the President of Parliament and a Conference Officer with the OSCE. Nairi Petrossian has also completed advanced studies in International Relations and National Security at the NATO Defense College and participated in a specialized training program for the Armenian Foreign Service at The Fletcher School. Academic credentials include a Higher National Diploma in Turkic and Islamic Studies from Yerevan State University.
