Nhayan AlDhaheri has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations. They started their career as an intern at the Embassy of Kuwait in Abu Dhabi in 2013, followed by internships at the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation and the UAE Embassy in Tokyo. In 2014, they joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation as an Analyst at the Policy Planning Department. Over the years, they held several positions within the ministry, including Head of Economic Research Section, Head of Economic and Trade Sections, Head of events committee, Head of creativity team, and Chief Of Staff at UAE Embassy in Riyadh. In 2019, they became the Head of Economic Section and later served as the Chief of UAE Trade Mission in Angola. In 2020, they joined the Federal Youth Authority as a Young Economist Program First Round Graduate and in the same year served as an Emirates Youth Council Member. In 2022, they represented the UAE as the Head of the UAE Delegation to Y20 India. Their involvement resulted in two proposals being adopted by the Y20 communique, focusing on youth leadership positions and internet accessibility. Overall, Nhayan AlDhaheri has gained extensive experience in various sectors and has made significant contributions in their roles.
Nhayan AlDhaheri earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Zayed University in 2009-2013. They also pursued further education by completing a Private Markets Investments Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021, a Master class in private equity at London Business School in 2021, and an Executive Specialised Master in "Big Data and Business Analytics" at ESCP Business School in 2022-2023.
