Mohammed Sultan

Mohammed Sultan is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as the General Manager of Customer Services at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah since January 2021. In previous roles, Mohammed held positions such as Complaints and Relationships Manager and Supervisor for PMO - KPI & Performance Management at the same ministry. Notable prior experience includes serving as Technical Manager at Arabian Oud, where safety procedures were enhanced, and 5S techniques were implemented. Mohammed's expertise also encompasses significant contributions at OZCO Group Companies as a Senior Process Development Engineer, where process mapping and 5S implementation occurred, and at Saudi Aramco as a Process Engineer, coordinating a large compressor installation project and improving production simulations. Mohammed holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa and completed undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at Yanbu Industrial College.
