Hamilton Gondwe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nutrition and education. Currently serving as a Nutritionist at the Ministry of Health Malawi since April 2014, Hamilton Gondwe focuses on addressing food and nutrition issues affecting women and children through various programs such as community management of acute malnutrition and Scaling up Nutrition. Previously, Hamilton Gondwe worked as a Secondary Science Teacher at the Ministry of Education Malawi, teaching physical science, computer studies, and biology, as well as serving as a Nutrition Intern at the Ministry of Health Malawi, where responsibilities included nutrition assessments and counseling for vulnerable populations. Additionally, Hamilton Gondwe started a career as a Community Development Facilitator at Evangelical Lutheran Development Services. Hamilton Gondwe holds a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Malawi and is pursuing both a Master of Science in Transformative Community Development and a Master of Business Administration in Data Science from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
