James Bedijo Okumu

James Bedijo Okumu is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at the Ministry of Local Government. James has a passion for government policy analysis, change management, promoting ethics and integrity, human resources management, resource mobilization, and value chain management. Prior to their current role, James worked as the Principal Township Officer at Paidha Town Council, where James focused on decentralized local governance, infrastructure planning and management, research, public policy analysis, human resources management, and change management. James holds a Master's degree in Local and Regional Development Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
