Guillaume Vaille

Guillaume Vaille currently serves as Conseiller budget et finances locales for the Minister Delegate in charge of Overseas Territories at the Ministère des Outre-mer since June 2022. Prior to this role, Guillaume held the position of Directeur régional adjoint des finances publiques for Martinique at the Direction générale des Finances publiques from September 2019 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Directeur financier et juridique adjoint at the Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée, along with various roles at the Direction du budget, including Chargé de mission on the liberalization of the railway sector and Deputy Chief of the Justice and Media Office. Guillaume also held an academic position as Maître de conférence in public finances at Sciences Po in early 2015. Educational credentials include a master's degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po, an exchange year at Harvard University, and completion of the ENA program from 2010 to 2012.
