helen alton, currently works as a Project Manager at the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia since August 2023. Prior to this, helen held the position of head of service psychosocial support in emergencies at the Estonian Social Insurance Board (Sotsiaalkindlustusamet) from January 2019 to December 2022.
