James Bradley

Business Affairs Director at Ministry of Sound

James Bradley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the music, entertainment, and legal industries. James started their career as a Stagiaire at the European Commission in the DG Education and Culture department in 2000. James then worked at Guinness World Records as an Assistant Editor from 2000 to 2003, and later as a Product Manager from 2003 to 2006.

In 2009, James joined Warner Music Group as a Trainee Solicitor and Business Affairs Executive, where they stayed until 2011. During this time, from 2010 to 2011, they also worked as a Trainee at Olswang in the Corporate and Employment departments on secondment from Warner Music UK Limited.

James then joined ITV Studios as a Business Affairs Executive from 2011 to 2012 before moving on to Lee & Thompson LLP as a Music Lawyer from 2012 to 2014.

Currently, James Bradley is working at Ministry of Sound, where they started as a Senior Business Affairs Manager in 2014 and later became the Business Affairs Director in June 2019.

James Bradley completed their LLB & LPC (part-time study) at the College of Law, London from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a MA Joint Honours degree in French with Hispanic Studies from the University of Glasgow between 1994 and 1999.
