Ryan McHenry

Ryan McHenry has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ryan currently holds the position of Staff Software Engineer at Minitab starting from January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Minitab from July 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Minitab, Ryan worked as a Developer at McLeod Software from February 2020 to July 2020.

In 2019, Ryan worked at CallMiner as a Developer where they developed new features and maintained an enterprise-sized codebase built using C# and .NET Core/Framework. Ryan also built a prototype .NET Core SDK and an Angular component library to improve efficiency in development.

From 2018 to 2019, Ryan worked at Spigot, Inc. in multiple roles. Ryan served as a Senior Front End Developer & Designer, where they built and monitored in-house Javascript libraries and developed Progressive Web Applications and Service Worker technologies. Prior to this, they worked as a Front End Developer & Designer.

Ryan's earlier work includes being a Frontend Developer at Plays.tv from April 2015 to August 2018, Founder and Creative Director at Dinosaur, LLC from May 2014 to August 2016, and Jr. Web Designer at Tervis from October 2014 to April 2015.

Ryan also has experience as a Marketing Designer at Four Corners Direct Inc. from November 2012 to October 2014 and as Co-founder, Managing Editor, Web Developer, and Designer at www.PSTBonline.com from May 2013 to May 2014.

In addition, Ryan worked as a Freelance Illustrator under their own business, Ryan McHenry Freelance, from August 2008 to November 2012.

Ryan McHenry's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Venice High School and received a diploma. During their time there, their curriculum focused on design and traditional media.

In 2008, they enrolled at Ringling College of Art and Design, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Illustration. Ryan completed their studies in 2012.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Ryan then went on to further their education at the University of Denver. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Applied Science (MAS) degree in Web Design and Development.

In 2014, they also attended Thinkful, where they specialized in Front End Web Development for a brief period.
