Michael Schmaltz

Michael Schmaltz has extensive work experience in the engineering and automation industry. Michael began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at LKPB Engineers, Inc. in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Michael then joined Modular Aluminum Technology as an Engineering Manager from 2003 to 2012, and later became the Director of Operations from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they joined MiniTec Automation as a Business Manager, and currently holds the position of President since June 2019.

Michael Schmaltz earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with a focus on HVAC/Controls from Michigan Technological University between 1995 and 2000.
