Diane Ragsdale

Diane Ragsdale currently serves as the Director of Creative Leadership MA and faculty at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design since October 2021, while also holding an adjunct faculty position at Yale University since 2018. Ragsdale has a diverse background in arts leadership, including roles such as Director at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity and Assistant Professor & Program Director at The New School. Additionally, Ragsdale's academic experience includes a Promovendus position at Erasmus University Rotterdam and guest lecturer engagements at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ragsdale's early career features significant roles at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and On The Boards, alongside executive leadership at The Festival at Sandpoint and teaching roles at Boise State University. Ragsdale holds an MFA in Acting & Directing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BS and BFA in Psychology and Theater from Tulane University.
