Kiley Arroyo serves as a Strategic Learning & Impact Assessment Consultant with Bonfils-Stanton Foundation, promoting equitable arts and culture initiatives. As the Executive Director of Cultural Strategies Council, Kiley leads efforts to enhance cultural strategies. Additional roles include Fulbright Specialist, Strategic Learning Initiative at William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, and Adjunct Professor at Minneapolis College of Art and Design, where Kiley teaches Leading Transformational Change. Kiley is also a JEI Fellow, Global Fellow with Salzburg Global Seminar, and Strategic Advisor for Open Impact. Previous experience includes positions at Kenneth Rainin Foundation and MaRS Discovery District. Kiley holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy & Management with a focus on Cultural Policy from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in History of Art/Architecture from University of Oregon, along with various certifications in permaculture and collaborative leadership.
