Miriam Miller

Miriam Miller is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Law Clerk at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General since August 2024. With a robust background in law and advocacy for immigrants, Miriam serves as the Rural Immigrant Access Clinic Student Director and Certified Student Attorney at the James H Binger Center for New Americans and holds the position of Office Manager at IMMIGRANT HOPE. Additional experience includes a role as Head Student Ambassador and Student Ambassador at BARBRI Global, a Behavioral Therapist at Minnesota Autism Center, and a Legal Intern at the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. Previous positions include Judicial Extern for the Honorable Michael J. Davis at the U.S. District Court, summer legal intern at the Middle District of Alabama Federal Defenders Program, and Court Judicial Assistant with the Colorado Judicial Branch. Miriam holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Benedictine College.
